Stephen joined Cartridge World Australia in August 2009 to manage the implementation of the Franchise Management System.  He has held a number of roles within the Asia Pacific Regional Office including Director, Finance and IT prior to his appointment as General Manager in June 2011 . He is a qualified accountant (CPA) with over 30 years experience in Business Consulting both in the Corporate and SME sectors across Australia and Asia. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the Cartridge World business in the Australia, New Zealand and Asia and leading a significant change program within the region.

Joined Cartridge World in November 2009. Harry comes from a strong commercial sales and marketing background with global FMCG companies such as PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes and recent commercial roles with leading national sport teams such as the Port Adelaide FC – AFL.

Harry is responsible for developing and building brand equity into the Cartridge World  System that translates into continued growth throughout the APAC Region and value to  our franchisees & consumers as well as maintaining solid partnering relationships with all our Master Franchisee's, developing/implementing regional marketing campaigns, lift share & revenue from tailored initiatives to suit specific market needs. He is also responsible for expanding our foot print in new markets and building sales capabilities to maximise and leverage varied business models that will achieve the Regions EBITDA targets.
