Bryan commenced his working career in the dry cleaning industry, owning and operating businesses in Tasmania and King Island. While touring around Australia, he discovered Adelaide. Initially, he established another dry cleaning business, however while looking for a new challenge, he discovered a niche market dealing in the recycling of printer cartridges. That was in 1988.

Today, after a lot of time and many an overseas trip, Bryan is considered to be the 'grandfather' of the Australian industry. Cartridge World will continue to be a leader due to Bryan's passion for the industry and his desire to stay in tune with technology.

Paul comes from a background of finance and small business management. He discovered franchising about 9 years ago, and realised it had the exciting potential to be adapted to almost any business. In 1996, Paul established his own consulting business and has helped many small businesses expand using the principles of franchising.

Paul's assistance to Cartridge World grew beyond that of a consultant – Paul liked the business so much, he bought half of it! Paul's passion for franchising and his belief in the Cartridge World business has seen the company continue to grow and become the dominant player in the Australian market.

Peter has previously worked within the finance industry for some 25 years. During that time he undertook various roles including Office Management, Lending & Sales. The last 10 years he was specifically involved in the area of financing to small businesses.

Peter as CEO is responsible for the overseeing of the groups operations on a day-to-day basis, including liaison with Franchisees and Master Franchisees both within Australia and overseas.

Peter is also a proclaimed Justice of the Peace within the State of South Australia.

Mike is responsible for sales, training, support and development of International Master Franchisees.

Mike has been with Cartridge World for about 2 years and has helped establish Cartridge World North America as it is today.

Marketing Manager

Vicki Young vicki@cartridgeworld.com.au

Vicki comes from a sound background within the franchising and marketing industry.  She has been a franchisee and a Master Franchisee.  Vicki became involved in the successful launch of that company internationally throughout the UK and Europe. 

Vicki is responsible for the corporate marketing around the world to ensure brand protection security and longevity for the franchise network

Her responsibilities also include franchise development, growth, training and to continually enhance the commercial relationship with our Master Franchisees.

Office Manager

Natasha Heading natasha@cartridgeworld.com.au

Natasha has joined Cartridge World as Office Manager and fulfills a role in overseeing all office functions. Other duties include LAP returns, Advertising returns and royalties, training and accommodation for all trainees, starter kits for franchisees, support for Master Franchisees and all staff . Also, currently looking after day to day operations of IT including updating the CW website and passwords for email accounts and website access. 

Natasha has completed a degree at the University of South Australia in International Management and has always wanted to work for an international company.

Accounts & Finance

Zdenka Spilay zdenka@cartridgeworld.com.au

Zdenka has joined Cartridge World as Accounts Manager and fulfills a role in overseeing all Accounting/Finance functions. Zdenka has joined us from Hostworks, The Chair Doctor and Schwarzkopf all previously in accounts based positions. 

Zdenka looks forward to learning all aspects of the Cartridge World business as it stands today. 

Margarita Burton margarita@cartridgeworld.com.au

Margarita has previously worked within the insurance industry for 8 years and during that time she undertook various roles including Reception, Administrative/Broking Assistant and Team Co-Ordinator.

She has joined Cartridge World as Receptionist and fulfils the role in day to day office administration and support. Margarita also arranges the accommodation for trainees whilst in Adelaide .  

Margarita is enjoying working with the Cartridge World team and looks forward to learning more about the Cartridge World business.

John has lengthy experience as a radio electronics technician in the communications, radio broadcasting industry and later the defence electronics industry. 

During this and later periods he attended numerous technical and managerial courses and was involved in technical writing of test procedures and preparation of specifications.

Prior to joining Cartridge World, John's background also included managerial positions involving staff training, supervision, consulting and preparation of tenders.

Bob has come to Cartridge World after 30 years experience within Retail Industry.

Managing businesses such as Repco Auto Parts, Parachilna Hotel, ABC Newsagency, Cape Importers, Palace Entertainment and Jenro Agencies has enabled Bob to pass on his experience as Cartridge World Training Manager to new franchisees.
