1.1. The Promoter is CWA Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd ABN 92 628 502 232 (“Promoter”), head office situated at 247 South Street, Cleveland in the state of Queensland.
2.1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Prize Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are eighteen (18) years of age and over.
2.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
3.1. The promotion will commence at 12.01AM (AEST) on 16 May 2019 for all States except for NSW and ACT.
3.2. The promotion will commence at 12.01AM (AEST) on 23 May 2019 for NSW. Permit Number NSW:LTPS/19/34865.
3.3. The promotion will commence at 12.01AM (AEST) on 24 May 2019 for ACT. Permit Number TP19/03394.
3.4. The promotion will close at 11.59PM (AEST) on 31 July 2019.

4.2. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5.1. The prize is an AU $5,000 Flight Centre Gift Card. The winner will receive one $5,000 Flight Centre Gift Card.
5.2. Terms and Conditions in relation to use of the Prize are subject to any Terms and Conditions set out by Flight Centre.
6.1. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive e-mails from the Promoter containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every e-mail that we send.
7.1. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the laws of Brisbane, in the State of Queensland, Australia which apply to these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising in relation to them.
8.1. Questions or problems relating to the Gift Card should be directed to the Promoter’s head office, details as follows:-

8.2. Complaints about purchases made with the Gift Card should be resolved directly with the relevant Flight Centre store concerned.
9.1. The draw will take place 10AM (AEST) Wednesday 7th August 2019.
9.2. Random Draw will be held at Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. All received information will be entered into a randomiser program and it will be asked to select one (1) person to receive the prize.
9.3. The first (1st) eligible entrant with a valid entry drawn (“Winner”) will be entitled to receive the Prize.
9.4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
10.1. The Winner will be notified by telephone, and then confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of the draw. The prize winner does not need to be present at the time of drawing.
10.2. The Prize will be e-mailed out to the Winner no later than 11.59PM (AEST) Wednesday 14th August 2019.
10.3. The Winner’s details, will be published on the Competition webpage on Thursday 8th August 2019 at https://www.cartridgeworld.com.au/promo/results.
10.4. The Winner will be required to do the following which will in turn remain the property of Cartridge World:-
10.4.1. Share on one platform of their social media a link to the Cartridge World Website showing that they won the Prize;
10.4.2. Provide a testimonial supporting Cartridge World; and
10.4.3. Take a P.G appropriate picture while wearing a Cartridge World t-shirt on their holiday.
11.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:-
11.1.1. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information.
11.1.2. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or made other than as directed in the entry instructions.
11.1.3. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
11.1.4. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website.
11.1.5. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition.
11.1.6. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition.
11.1.7. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner.
11.1.8. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
11.2. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered as a result of prize winnings. The prize winner and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
11.3. These conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
12.1. If the Winner cannot be notified or if the prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the draw (the “unclaimed prize”), an unclaimed prize draw for the unclaimed prize will be conducted on Thursday November 7th 2019 at 12PM (AEST) at Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
12.2. Should an unclaimed prize draw be necessary, the prize winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone, and email by 9 November 2019.
12.3. Any unclaimed prizes will be emailed out to the unclaimed prize winner no later than Thursday 14th November 2019.
12.4. In the event of an unclaimed prize draw for this promotion, the results will be published on Friday November 8th 2019 on the competition webpage at https://www.cartridgeworld.com.au/promo/results.
12.5. Should the unclaimed prize winner, not claim their prize, we will continue to repeat the process until the prize is claimed. Alternatively, and at our sole discretion, we may cancel this promotion with no liability to the Promoter.
13.1. The Winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.
13.2. If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter subject to regulatory authority approval may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion. Further the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence the promotion under the same conditions.
13.3. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13.4. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
13.5. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.6. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
13.7. If any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not practical, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
