All orders placed on this Website will be fulfilled by Your nominated Cartridge World Store.
Delivery methods and fees may differ from Store to Store.
There are several delivery options available when You order online at Cartridge World but please note that not all Stores offer all options.
Click and Collect: order and pay online and collect Your Goods from Your nominated Cartridge World store. This option is free and is ideal if You need urgent printing supplies. Please phone the nominated store in question to confirm a pick up time. Cartridge World nominated store trading hours are on this website.
Standard Postal Delivery: and pay online and Your Goods will be posted to You through Australia Regular Post. Please allow up to 1-2 business days. Rural areas may take longer.
P.O. Box Delivery: Delivery is available to approved customers.
Courier Delivery: for larger orders, We may need to courier the items to You.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. If Your order cannot be delivered for any reason, an additional charge may apply for subsequent delivery.
Please note that our delivery is ONLY available within Australia.
It is Company policy not to ship to virtual offices. There is a requirement for all deliveries to be shipped to a verified address within Australia.
We will not accept orders for deliveries outside of Australia. Please visit www.cartridgeworld.com.au to find a Cartridge World Store in Your region.
The delivery fee will vary depending on goods purchased and delivery methods chosen. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and Weight of the items, plus the delivery location.
Delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed in Your total costs.
Metro stores and country towns where we have retail outlets will attract a freight charge of $9.95 for orders under $50.
Orders $75 or above will be freight free for Printer Cartridge products only.
Printer, paper and other bulky items purchases will attract a freight charge of $9.95 for all orders regardless of value.
The prices payable for goods as set out in the Website are inclusive of GST and shipping/handling costs.
In some situations, there may be a need for additional shipping costs due to remote servicing by Couriers of your region. In this instance the Store Owner will contact you and disclose the new shipping fee for your acceptance or should you elect not to accept those new charges then your order will be cancelled and shipping costs will be fully refunded.
Speed and quality of delivery is very important to Us; We want You to be more than satisfied with our service. All delivery times quoted on the Website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
In the event We are unable to dispatch Your order promptly or on the rare occasion that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, We will endeavour to e-mail, text or call You as soon as possible to let You know the estimated time for delivery, allowing You to make alternative arrangements, if You wish.
If You have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as You are checking out.
A signature will be required on delivery. You acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods is authorised by You to receive Your order. If there is no one available at the time of delivery to accept, or there is limited access to the delivery address the Goods will be returned for delivery at a later date. A calling card will be left at the delivery address containing all relevant information. Additional charges will apply.
If You would prefer for Your Goods to be left at the delivery address in Your absence You can request for an "Authority to Leave" in the delivery instructions as You are checking out. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. We will not be held responsible for Your order once it has been delivered with Your authority to leave.
It is Your responsibility to ensure the delivery details are correct. We will not accept responsibility for lost Goods due to incorrect details provided.
We cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays from third party delivery companies.
Cartridge World shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver goods You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, revolutions, or strikes or other factors or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Upon delivery of Your order, You must examine to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage or fault and that the Goods received match the order You placed. In the event the Goods are damaged in transit, faulty or You received an incorrect item You may return the Goods to Us in accordance with the Returns Policy.
